May’s guest speaker is Ashley Lampkin, personal fitness trainer, speaking about and demonstrating how to maintain a healthy life style and stay fit at home. She has more than 13 years of experience as a personal trainer. She is dedicated to creating a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in fun and rewarding ways.
