The MHA wants all people to understand how to protect and improve their mental health, and know when to seek help for themselves or someone close to them and to have access to high quality, affordable and personalized preventative, early identification treatment services. The MHA offers the following services: peer support groups, community speakers, divorce education, children’s mental health initiative, online guide and community resources. The MHA wants to make a more emotionally positive life a realistic goal for everyone.
