Naples Pride formed in 2017 and planned the first Pride festival in Collier County in June. The first year included entertainment, more than 40 vendors, guest speakers and nonprofit organizations.
The nonprofit organization formally called Pride Naples, FL Inc. has filed for 501c3 status.
Naples Pride is raising money to start an emergency fund for the LGBTQ. It is for individuals in critical and urgent needs of services and assistance.
